"[Jessica Simpson] has been sued for $100 million by an apparel company that claims she failed to promote their product as promised... [she] refused to be photographed wearing items from the JS by Jessica Simpson and Princy collections, and that when asked by the press to name her favorite brand of jeans at an event last year, she replied "True Religion," rather than "Princy."... Princy jeans, which are named after the nickname given to Simpson by her father, retail for around $60, while True Religion jeans can set the denim connoisseur back upwards of $350."
"True Religion" costing $350 a pop? I smell irony.
Deceptive title. I was expecting something along the lines of walking in public without any pants on.
And thus this article is going to get quite a few visits.
C'mon, Alucard, she wouldn't have gotten sued for that. Arrested maybe. The only way she could get sued for walking around without her pants is if some old guy got so excited at the sight that he had a heart attack. And the title isn't deceptive. It's just your dirty mind! :)
Not so good for your brand's image when you prefer to wear another maker's product. Then again, wearing around your own gear all the time might seem like seeding your own blog (poor taste). Oh the decisions one must make as a result of having their own clothing line!
It would be like you spending all your time on Digg. :)
