I have come across Evano from a remote distance so far. Maybe some of his seeds (he has many). Mainly from the frequency of his seeds on the FP or the occasional glance at the LB. Yet, he only needed to come once to a topical and sensitive seed of mine for me to appreciate the foresight and forthrightedness of Evano. Watch him - he is your friend, and the world around it. And don't miss his sheep:-)

Sooo, it looks like I can not feel the least bit guilty about driving my 4 mile per gallon truck because I made a deal with my mother who only drives her car once or twice a week. Pretty convenient for us gas hogs.

If you're new to Newsvine, here's some good advice for you: Don't get into an argument with Evano unless you have all your facts. Evano, the clever sheep is the curator extraordinaire around here.

Evano is the shizzle, mostly because I am his top friend, but also because he meets others' arguments with clarity and reason. If I were in a dark alley, being accosted by shady hooligans, I'd want Evano there to have my back. He's a force to be reckoned with!

Evano, besides having the best avatar of the lot of us, is among the elite members of Newsvine's intelligentsia (as opposed to those of us that use the word in our title for laughs). His insightful commentary is welcome in any article and his knack for discovering amazing content is a real asset to the 'Vine.

This has been greatly appreciated, for it only serves to help make me a better writer and debater. Evano, I agree that there is water at the bottom of the ocean. I've always wondered, is that really you in your avatar? It looks like a professional headshot.

Anyways, I think Evano, Mr. Sheep as we call him around here, is one of our most productive contributors. He's often peppering the site with balanced and rational thought and seeds links like there's no tomorrow. It's pretty obvious from that top rung on the Vineacity meter.

Hi Evan, proud to be the first to leave a comment here. Since I don't have to recommend you to anyone, I'll just say that I like your writing, and I think there are so many things about you that are cool that I don't even know where to begin. But perhaps it is the born Jewish in Brooklyn gone agnostic writer in Baltimore thing you got going. Keep it up, and by all means, share more of your work with the world. I'm pretty sure it needs it.
